We welcome friends, and guests to join a James Beard recognized chef for a week of (7 days /6 nights) incredible food, fun and cultural immersion in northern Portugal, in a stunning, private historic villa. Our location is in the small, scenic village very close to the seaside town of Caminha, an hour north of the amazing city of Porto.

We have been taking small groups to this area in Northern Portugal for many years because we love it here so much! From the world-class culinary scene, the scenery and walking, the olive oil, the wine, the small towns and city of Porto to explore, Port tasting, learning Portuguese recipes, engaging with locals, the ceramics, the yummy flavors to enjoy, the culture, the artisans, the weather...
