Group Travel Contract Agreement:

This Group Travel Contract Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Culinary Latitudes, LLC ("CLT"), and the undersigned group leader (hereinafter referred to as "Client"). By signing this Agreement, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Agency Role: CLT acts solely as a sales agent for various service providers, including resorts, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and others (hereinafter referred to as "Suppliers") named in the itinerary. CLT shall not be held responsible for any acts or omissions of the Suppliers or their failure to provide services as per their schedules.

  2. Earned credit: CLT will provide group leader with the complete details on the chosen supplier earned credit that may be applied to the leader’s booking or as the leader would like to share these funds.  These details will include required deposit amount, how many bookings are needed to earn credit towards one travelling guest, and how many total earned credits are allowed by the chosen supplier.  Group leader will be responsible for their personal deposit on said reservation which may be refunded after the trip has been completed, guests booked to travel are confirmed (no cancellations), and credit has been collected.

  3. Limitation of Liability: CLT assumes no liability for any refund, personal injury, property damage, loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity caused by (1) defaults, wrongful or negligent acts, or omissions of the Suppliers; (2) any defect or failure of vehicles, crafts, equipment, or instruments owned or provided by the Suppliers; or (3) wrongful or negligent acts or omissions by any other party not under CLT's control. The Client hereby releases CLT from any claims arising from such situations.

  4. Supplier Contracts: The Client acknowledges that Suppliers have their own contracts covering cancellation penalties and other terms and conditions. The Client agrees to be bound by those contracts, regardless of receiving notice of their terms. CLT cannot be held responsible for interruptions or cancellations of travel plans made by Suppliers or any third party beyond CLT's control.

  5. Destination Information: CLT does not possess special knowledge regarding the financial condition of Suppliers, unsafe conditions, health hazards, weather hazards, or climate extremes at travel destinations. For information about possible dangers at destinations, CLT recommends contacting the Travel Warnings Section of the U.S. State Department or the Centers for Disease Control. The Client assumes full responsibility for checking and verifying all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of the destination(s), as well as all conditions regarding health, safety, security, political stability, and civil unrest. The Client releases CLT from any claims arising from problems related to this paragraph.

  6. Jurisdiction: All claims brought by the Client or CLT shall be exclusive to the courts in Weld County, Colorado. The Client hereby submits to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.

  7. Travel Insurance and Credit Card Usage: To ensure protection, CLT strongly recommends that the Client purchase trip cancellation insurance. The extent of coverage for any financial loss under the circumstances will be governed by the policy terms. Additionally, using a credit card for purchases allows the Client to exercise their rights under the Fair Credit Billing Act in case of non-received services.

  8. CLT agrees to co-market group experiences with the client. CLT is not the sole marketer of chosen group destinations and is not bound to a scheduled market calendar.

  9. Release of Liability: By signing this Agreement, the Client agrees to hold Culinary Latitudes, LLC, harmless and releases it from any and all liability, including monetary losses, resulting from interruptions or cancellations of the travel plans.
